Quality Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our consulting team who enjoy passing on their expertise to new companies and working in a practical manner. No one is simply placed into any project, but work assignments are designed together with the team.

Your tasks:
- Prompt and complete implementation of customer requirements for the creation and revision of QMS template documents as well as technical documents
- Structuring and formatting procedural instructions and forms
- Presentation of processes in flowcharts and text form
- Ensuring correct referencing and coherence within a QMS
- Creating drafts for development documents based on existing data
- Working on and with customer computer applications
- Documenting the execution of processes
- Managing documents and administrating collaborations
- Researching and preparing literature for post-market surveillance, clinical evaluations and development documents
- Identifying training needs/ opportunities for the team
- Capturing training needs in the context of changing regulations
- Monitoring and evaluating other training opportunities
What you bring with you:
- Excellent handling of MS Office/ Visio
- Confident command of English in both written and spoken form
- Experience working with documents (at least 2 years)
- Interest in continuous development and further education
What would make us happy:
- Prior experience with quality management/ regulatory topics (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR, ISO 9001)
- Completed commercial training or office administration
- Experience with home office or project-based work
- Flexible handling of tasks and openness to working for international customers
